چکیده

Objective: This manuscript explores the neurodevelopmental context of early intervention for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and discusses optimal timing initiating intervention, primary approaches, predictors treatment outcomes. It also provides an overview various therapies commonly used autism. The Early Start Denver Model is highlighted as evidence-based approach.
Methods: comparative study involved 30 subjects randomly divided into Group A (early intervention) B (late intervention). duration was six weeks, with four training sessions per week. Pre post-treatment evaluations were conducted. sample size 15 participants in each group, materials such informed consent, assessment forms, measuring tape used. employed a random sampling method set inclusion exclusion criteria.
Results: distribution cases according to age revealed that had higher proportion individuals 4-6 y group (40%), while majority 9-14 (73.33%). In terms cognitive ability, Poor (46.67%) Very categories, more Good (33.33%) Mild categories. However, chi-square test did not yield statistically significant differences between two groups ability.
Conclusion: highlights importance ASD, indicated by younger A. lack statistical significance emphasizes need further investigation consideration other influencing factors. contributes growing body knowledge on ASD calls larger sizes rigorous designs future research provide robust evidence.
